How to make money online starting TODAY!

Just by speaking with savvy internet marketers, one can quickly discover that there are in fact numerous ways to make money online.

You can either sell your own products (be it a physical product or a information product), or better still, promote other people’s products as an affiliate (ie, affiliate marketing). Sounds easy right?

Well, not really if you don’t really know how to go about promoting it online! Sure, you may have the best products available for your target audience online, or you maybe promoting the most profitable affiliate product online. But how do you go about doing it exactly? This has always been the “trickiest” question online which many internet marketers have always been making mistakes on.

Now, without going into further details, let us assume that you are intending to promote an affiliate product. More often than not, there already exists a website containing this product. And to drive traffic to this website through your affiliate link, you would often be told to simply put up pay per click ads (for example, Google Adwords) and “wait” for the money to roll in.

Guess what? It’s not as simple as you think!

Let’s see now: In order for your PPC ads to become visible in the front page of search engines, you definitely have to ensure that you have pretty good keywords to rank at the top, or you have to advertise through “brute force” by paying top dollars. Now, if it is guaranteed that every lead you generate to this affiliate website makes a sale, then sure, it’s not a problem to worry about. But in reality, how many leads does it take to make a sale? In simple terms, it’s about the law of numbers. You’ll need a significant amount of leads generated to the affiliate site before you can start making your very first sale. How much do you think you would have spent by then? That’s where a lot of internet marketers get their hands burnt and give up eventually.

Let’s consider a better alternative method: Rather than simply driving hordes of leads to the affiliate website, wouldn’t it be smarter to capture their contacts into your mailing list? That’s right, you need to build a list so that you can promote ANY product to this group of people in the near future! But to do so, you obviously need a lead capturing page (or so to speak). But how should that page look like?

Again, if you have had the experience to craft up such a page, you’ll soon realize that it takes a certain amount of time, and not to mention, the “right look” to design such a page.

Here’s what should be the solution: Design an attractive website, filled with contents and offer them a gift for signing up on your list, before diverting them to your affiliate website. Why should you bother with filling your website with content? This is to enable your potential leads to have enough reason to read what is on your website and ensure a higher signup rate on your list. What’s more, you can even monetize your website immediately while they’re on your website.

Sounds difficult to accomplish? Not really, if you have the right tools.
