This animation software allows the web designers to make trendy pages and also include sound and video fields in compressed format. To make their sites interactive and peppy, many people are using flash in their sites. However, Flash may cause problems with people using older browsers and hence flash SEO has become a mandatory choice for many.

It is a well known fact that Google is the most preferred search engine in the internet and it uses a specific algorithm technique for ranking web pages. The latest page ranking technology promoted by Microsoft is named BrowseRank. It is being touted as the next generation search algorithm that will do away with the age old keyword centric search approach. This may come as a boon for the flash SEO veterans and also for other SEO experts.

However, companies resort to use flash SEO in their sites for alluring the visitors and retaining their attention. When people are browsing the web they prefer dynamic and interactive content and Adobe’s flash is a format that excels in this purpose. If a person can make his site appealing to the visitors and succeeds in promoting an idea then he may discard the keyword centric SEO efforts. That explains why the popularity of flash SEO is growing with time.

However, one needs to keep in mind that flash SEO is still in its nascent stage and it will require some time to catch up for the webmasters and site developers. As a matter of fact, many of Microsoft’s hyped projects have failed to meet the level of expectation. The gigantic media hype and marketing campaign made by Microsoft may not bring the expected result. The SEO friendliness of Microsoft’s Silverlight has already created dispute among various online communities and SEO veterans.
