Health, such a small word but such an important one in our life. Yes, especially when we are young, we take our health for granted. We think we are invincible and whatever we do harmful to our health seems to have no consequences. Then one day , over the not so young body anymore, a strange feeling might come. Our body is a wonderful machine but it is not a machine. When my car has no more gas it stops right there, no pity. Our body is way to patient.
