Dating To Relating - From A To Z Closes The Gap

The top five Dating Tip sites by Alexa ranking as of July 11, 2007 were:

Double your Dating – 12,987
Dating To Relating – 43,381
The Seduction Chronicles – 52,287
Style Life – 61,225
The Mystery Method – 62,997

In this follow up report, these same five sites as of November 27, 2008 are:

Double your Dating – 18,218
Dating To Relating – 39,491
The Seduction Chronicles – 52,976
Style Life – 53,245
The Mystery Method – 102,894
    (LoveSystems.com) – 83,912

As you can see DatingToRelating.com has gained ground on DoubleYourDating.com. Stylelife.com is also gaining ground, while TheMysteryMethod.com's drop in traffic is rather deceiving as Mystery has a new web site called LoveSystems.com which also has a rank of 83,912. 

As I have previously written (see “David Deangelo, Mr. L. Rx , Neil Strauss,  Mystery Method Reviewed”) I have bought all these books and systems and have tried them for five years now.  My ranking based on workability for the average guy is as follows (I am excluding The Seduction Chronicles as it is not a Guru site. )


  1. Dating To Relating  (Mr. L. Rx)

  2. Double Your Dating (David DeAngelo)

  3. The Mystery Method (Mystery)

  4. Style Life (Neil Strauss)



My Rankings as of this new date still stand. For an explanation of each guru and why I ranked them as I did see my previous article “David Deangelo, Mr. L. Rx , Neil Strauss,  Mystery Method Reviewed”.

Let me just say I still think that “Dating To Relating –From A To Z” is absolutely the best product out there. DatingToRelating.com has come out with another new impressive product: “How To Get More Sex From Your Wife Or Girlfriend”, which I think is a great book for guys who are in relationships. Again this is something the other gurus above don’t even address.

DatingToRelating.com also came out with another new product the “Kama Sutra” edited by Mr. L. Rx. I think having a copy of the Kama Sutra is a must for any couple and it is nice for DatingToRelating.com to offer this on their website for couples, but Mr. L. Rx’s copy doesn’t offer any new insight into the Kama Sutra and honestly it doesn’t look like he meant to.

It is only a version containing the first original translation by Sir Richard Burton with some sexual position illustrations from the same time period. (The original translation was not illustrated.) If you don’t have a copy of the Kama Sutra then DatingToRelating.com is as good a place as any to get a copy, but don’t look for any of Mr. L. Rx’s wisdom to be contained in this version.
LoveSystems.com and TheMysteryMethod.com –  Ok what is this all about? Well, Wikipedia reports that since December 2006, Mystery is no longer part of the Mystery Method website, and he has launched his own company, although the Mystery Method has carried on and expanded without him.  
So apparently there is some kind of ownership dispute that goes back to August 2004, when Nick Savoy and Mystery  apparently signed a joint venture agreement. It called for a 75-25% profit sharing between Mystery and Savoy and for all customers, intellectual capital, and assets to be owned jointly by them.
In November 2004, Mystery asked Savoy to quit his full-time job and come on board as a 50-50 equity partner. Subsequently, the business paid out profits on a 50-50 basis. In October 2006, Mystery surreptitiously transferred the domain registration for mysterymethod.com from the company name to his personal account and announced he was going to form a new venture with Lovedrop (Chris Odom) and Matador (Stan Tayi). This is documented in official legal documents.
Mystery Method Corporation, now known as Love Systems (controlled by Savoy) went to court to recover its interest in the domain. The California Superior Court granted Love Systems first a restraining order and then an injunction preventing Mystery from redirecting the domain registration away from the current www.themysterymethod.com website. Litigation between Von Markovik and Love Systems continued with a trial date originally planned for October 20, 2008. In July, 2008, the two parties settled the case, announced simultaneously by Mystery's business manager and by Nick Savoy).
Honestly, I think Mystery and whoever is his partner now need to get their you-know-what together. All this kind of in-fighting does is destroy the value that they have for guys. I think this is reflected in the declining traffic. Although it is a little hard to determine exactly how much traffic they have as it is split between two websites and perhaps it reflects the same people going to both.

More reason to stick with my top two recommendations – DatingToRelating.com and DoubleYourDating.com.
