Becoming the New Healthier You

In today’s society, people are told they need to look a certain way, talk, walk, and act a certain way to fit in with everyone around them. This is not true. If someone doesn’t like you for your true personality, then why try to be friends with that person? So why do celebrities who have a problem with cellulite, or any other physical problem, try to hide it? The answer to that is simple; they want to fit in with everyone else. It wasn’t until 2007 that celebrities, such as Jennifer Love- Hewitt, started to feel comfortable enough about their appearance to not have that constant worry if someone is going to see them in a bikini.

The truth is that the majority of women (even some men) have a something about their bodies they don’t like. Weather you are just out of shape or uncomfortable with the way you look in a pair of short shorts, there is nothing saying you have to cover yourself in your winter clothes, all year round. You’re not the only person that has something you don’t like about your body. If you don’t believe me, just take a look around at the people in the grocery store, I can guarantee that at least 20% of the people you see have something they don’t like about their appearance, the other 80% do, but they don’t care what others think.

Something you should do, if you haven’t already, is starting a good diet. Get rid of those unhealthy foods and snack cakes, and start eating those carrots and salmon. Then start a nice exercise routine, join a gym or do it at home. This will help you achieve your goals of being a thinner, happier you. Stay happy; don’t let any one bring you down. If you are happy with the way you look, good for you; if not, get that way.

If you have a good mind set about the way you wish to look, work towards it and you will soon achieve your goal. Don’t let the media get to you. All they want is to tell you that you must be flawless, when in reality all you have to do is be you.
