You are a small business, and you are trying to figure out a way that you can advertise, but keep your costs down. Public exposure is sometimes difficult. The costs can be astronomical, and it is always a gamble. Market research can help you determine how to reach your target audience, but this avenue may be very expensive, especially if you are trying to advertise during prime time. One tool that companies, both small and large, can use is custom logo stickers. You can have your logo made into a sticker and get it out to the public. Custom logo stickers can be made for just about any use. You could contact your local Welcome Wagon, and offer stickers with a custom backing offering a discount on your product. Or maybe go a different route. Have your custom logo stickers attached to magnets, and then they will end up on fridges. Use other tools, such as pads of paper, or other useful little things that people will keep around, and brand the top that holds the pads together with your logo.

If you want to go a step further, you can create custom car stickers. The key to get people to put the stickers on cars is to make it something that is unique looking, or will aesthetically enhance the vehicle in some way. Some businesses will find this much easier than others. For example, a certain ski hill in the North East has a triangle sticker. This design has not changed for decades. It is a very simple, clean sticker. It is simply a blue triangle with a white top, to represent a mountain. You can see these custom car stickers all over the place. It doesn’t even have to say where it is, any skier in the region knows exactly what it means.

Other companies utilize custom window stickers to promote their services. For example, you have a home security system. Your house will be covered in custom window stickers. Not only are potential criminals told your house is protected, everyone who looks at any of your windows will see the brand name. Another way to use custom window stickers is if you can find a connection. For a fundraiser one year, the local SPCA had stickers printed up that you could purchase for a few dollars. These window stickers had the SPCA logo, but what made them so valuable to pet owners was their function. The stickers were made to notify firefighters of the number of pets in the house. Not only did the SPCA make money from the sale of the stickers, their name was on the windows of almost every pet owner in the region.

All in all, a small investment into custom designed stickers can pay off in the end. If done properly, you can have your business name all over the local region.
